Langtang Region Treks

North of Kathmandu, the Langtang Valley combines forest trails, Tamang communities and an open upper valley around Kyanjin Gompa. Road travel to Syabrubesi is part of the journey. The valley rises substantially over a few walking days, so compare overnight elevations and allow time before attempting the higher viewpoints.
