Booking information & terms

Your quotation defines the arrangements
A package page explains the route and the experience. The written quotation for your dates and party identifies the services being offered, the currency and total price, and the conditions that apply to that proposal. Read these together before accepting or paying.
Check the number of travelers, room arrangements, transport sectors, meals, permit responsibilities and any optional extras. Confirm whether personal equipment, insurance, visas, tips, drinks, charging, showers and other trail expenses are included or paid separately. Do not assume an item is included unless it appears in your quotation.
Requests and availability
An enquiry starts a conversation. A reservation request asks the team to check the selected arrangements; the website receipt is not a confirmed ticket or booking. Use the written confirmation supplied for your journey to establish the final arrangements and status.
Dates, lodge rooms, transport and activities depend on availability. If a proposal has an expiry date, ask for an updated quotation after that date rather than relying on the earlier price.
Payment and changes
Before paying, review the deposit or balance schedule, payment method, currency, applicable charges and cancellation terms in your proposal. Verify payment instructions through the contact details on this website if anything is unexpected. The general enquiry form does not collect payment-card details.
For a change to dates, traveler numbers, names or services, contact the team and request written confirmation of any price difference and revised conditions. Supplier tickets and reservations can carry their own amendment restrictions.
Conditions during the journey
Walking times and road journeys are estimates. Weather, route conditions, altitude response and transport disruption can require a change of stage, a different overnight stop, a delayed start or a return. Discuss the alternatives and allocation of additional costs in the written proposal before booking.
Travelers should obtain appropriate advice about health and entry requirements and choose insurance that covers the planned activities, elevations and rescue arrangements. No website itinerary can guarantee a summit view, a flight time or a high-pass crossing.
